We use evidenced-based therapies, including Client-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Our counselors specialize in treating depression, anxiety, and the impacts of trauma.

As a veteran myself, I have a close connection to veterans and first responders.
